Warranty (Limited to USA. Why? Because our lawyers told us so! But we're committed to keeping ALL customers happy, so we go way beyond what's required. See our Testimonials page, under Resources, above.):
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with anything you buy from us, for any reason, you have 10 days to return it for exchange or refund. Beyond that, it is our decision on whether to accept it, and if so, to charge a re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
If you need to return an item, please login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Then mail the item(s) to us at the address below, and we'll do the rest. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange or refund status once we've received and processed the returned item. We know you can't try on clothes over the Internet, so we make the return procedure as quick and efficient as we can. For health reasons, please wash worn items before returning. This warranty excludes holes, snags, tears, or other damage as a result of normal wear. We'll do whatever we can to make your purchase satisfactory!
